We know Hawaii property
Hawaii has two recording systems, leasehold and agricultural land, and family property that has passed informally for generations. We work here, and we plan for the property you own.
We finish the plan with you
The estate planning services provided through Segal Law include recording the deeds and coordinating the accounts. When the work is done, we confirm in writing that your plan is complete.

A plan is only useful if the people who inherit it understand it, so we can walk your children or successor trustees through it as well.
