Portrait of Elsa Agdinaoay

Wealth & Legacy Planning

Elsa Agdinaoay, BFA

Elsa Agdinaoay brings more than 18 years of experience in financial services to her work with individuals and families throughout Hawaii. Born and raised on Maui, Elsa understands that wealth in Hawaii often includes a family home that has appreciated over generations, family land, a closely held business, retirement savings, or property parents hope will remain within the family.

Her approach begins with understanding the people behind the assets: what they have built, who they want to protect, and what they want their wealth to accomplish. Elsa works with clients on financial planning, investments, retirement strategies, insurance, and legacy planning, coordinating with attorneys and other professional advisors when legal, tax, or estate planning expertise is required.

Her goal is to help families make thoughtful decisions today so that what they have worked for can continue to serve the people they love tomorrow.

Elsa is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice.

Portrait of Crystal Loh

Estate Planning Paralegal

Crystal Loh

Crystal Loh brings a unique perspective to estate and legacy planning shaped by her own experience growing up in a multigenerational family business.

Raised in Dallas, Crystal grew up within a family that built and operated one of the region’s largest Asian grocery retail chains. From an early age, she saw firsthand what it takes to build a successful family enterprise — and the importance of thoughtfully preparing for leadership transitions, business succession, and the transfer of wealth and responsibility from one generation to the next.

That experience gives Crystal a personal understanding of an issue at the heart of legacy planning: building wealth is only part of the journey. Preserving what a family has created, preparing the next generation, and establishing a thoughtful succession plan can be equally important.

Today, Crystal brings that perspective to her work supporting estate planning clients through client coordination, organization, document preparation, and the detailed process of moving an estate plan from the initial planning stages through completion.

Crystal does not provide legal advice. Legal advice and final legal decisions are provided by the attorney responsible for each client’s matter.

Her education and experience shaped a service-oriented approach centered on communication, organization, attention to detail, and making people feel genuinely cared for throughout the planning process.

Growing up in a close-knit Maui family, Haylie saw firsthand how thoughtful planning can shape a person’s financial journey, whether they are just beginning to build wealth or preparing to receive and preserve a family legacy for future generations.

Today, Haylie helps guide clients through the estate planning process by coordinating information, communications, scheduling, document preparation, and the many details required to move a plan from the initial conversation through signing and completion.

Haylie does not provide legal advice. Legal advice and final legal decisions are provided by the attorney responsible for each client’s matter.

Collaborating Professionals

Independent legal and financial counsel

Legal advice is provided by licensed attorneys, and investment advice by licensed advisors, each through their own practice. We coordinate with them on your matter so the legal, financial and family pieces of your plan are designed together rather than in isolation.

Portrait of Brandon Segal

Attorney

Brandon Segal, Esq.

Segal Law, A Hawaii Law Corporation

Brandon Segal brings a broad legal background spanning sophisticated civil litigation, real estate matters, probate-related disputes, appellate work, and courtroom advocacy.

Earlier in his career, Brandon practiced with Alston Hunt Floyd & Ing — one of Hawaii’s prominent law firms, now part of Dentons — where his work included commercial litigation, real estate matters, and complex probate litigation. He also served as a law clerk with the Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals. Brandon later developed substantial courtroom and trial experience before entering private practice.

Today, that combination of transactional understanding and litigation experience gives Brandon a valuable perspective when helping families protect their assets and plan for the future. He understands not only how legal documents are created, but how property, family relationships, business interests, and estate plans can become complicated when planning is incomplete or disputes arise.

Through Segal Law, Brandon works alongside Mana Wealth’s planning professionals to help families approach legacy planning with coordinated legal and financial perspectives.

Portrait of Bradford Ing

Estate Planning Attorney

Bradford Ing, Esq.

Independent Collaborating Counsel

For Bradford Ing, estate planning is more than an area of legal practice. It is part of his family’s history on Maui.

Born and raised on Maui and a graduate of Baldwin High School, Bradford is a second-generation estate planning attorney. His father, Lawrence Ing, practiced law on Maui for decades and built one of the island’s longstanding estate planning practices. Bradford grew up with a firsthand understanding of the responsibility that comes with helping local families protect property, navigate generational transitions, and preserve what they have worked to build.

Bradford completed his undergraduate education at the University of Washington before earning his law degree in California. He returned home to Maui to practice law and has developed experience spanning estate planning, probate and estate litigation, real property, business matters, conservatorships, and guardianships.

Through his independent practice, Bradford collaborates with Segal Law and Mana Wealth on selected estate and legacy planning matters, continuing a family tradition of helping Maui families plan thoughtfully for what comes next.

Why It Is Set Up This Way

What are you building — and how do we help you protect it for the people who come next?

The strength of Mana Wealth is not the experience of any one professional. It is the ability to bring legal, estate planning, financial, insurance and family considerations around that single question. For Hawaii families it may mean protecting a home that has appreciated for generations, preserving land, preparing children to inherit responsibly, planning for aging parents, protecting a business, or making sure the next generation is not left trying to untangle everything alone.
